PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE:

• These are all early morning sessions, so please consider your day accordingly.

• Please be certain of your photo portrait time before purchasing and booking. The date and times vary from each selection. (Note: sunrise is at 6:00 am in Colorado during this week. The delicious morning light spilling into your portraits with the mountain background will bring your photos to another level!)

• Location: Lori Park, Fort Collins, Colorado.

• Due to time restraints, we will not walk all the way to the mini-waterfall, but will stay along the rocky, beaten path.

• If it is raining during your scheduled photo session, we will reschedule between July 20-26, 2019. If there is no possibility of rescheduling, you will receive a full refund.

• Cancelation Policy: Moderate. Cancelations within 30-16 days prior to scheduled session are 100% refundable. Cancelations 15-8 days prior to scheduled session are 50% refundable. Cancelations within a week prior to scheduled session are non-refundable.

• If you show up late you will still have the same original end time.

• Portraits will be emailed in a high-resolution .JPG format within 3 weeks.
